Do you build a new site or fix the one we have?
Either. If the structure is sound we fix the parts that are losing people. If the site is fighting you, rebuilding is usually cheaper than patching it. We look first and tell you which one you are dealing with.
Who owns the website afterwards?
You do. Your domain, your hosting, your content. If you ever stop working with us the site stays with you, and we hand over the access rather than holding it.
Is the assistant just a chatbot with scripted replies?
No. It is set up on your actual services, your rules and what you do and do not want discussed, so it answers real questions instead of pushing people through a menu. Anything outside what it has been given goes to a person.
What if it tells someone the wrong thing?
It only answers from what you have given it, and we set the limits on what it will discuss — prices and clinical questions are the usual ones to hold back. Anything outside those limits is handed to your team rather than guessed at.
Does this replace my receptionist?
No. It covers the hours nobody is there and the first few questions everyone asks, so the people you employ spend their time on the conversations that actually need a person.
