90-Day Growth Launch
Capitalino may offer a 90-Day Growth Launch for clients who commit to an initial three-month period.
This offer may include setup support as part of the initial commitment, subject to the selected plan and written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- the 90-day period requires a minimum three-month commitment
- setup inclusion applies only when the client completes the agreed commitment
- cancellation before completion may trigger setup or early termination charges
- the offer does not guarantee specific leads, sales, or rankings
Setup Fees
Some projects may require a one-time setup fee.
Setup fees may cover:
- discovery
- strategy planning
- website setup or redesign preparation
- AI assistant setup
- technical SEO setup
- analytics setup
- content structure
- initial configuration
Setup fees are usually non-refundable once work has started.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be defined in the proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- monthly fees are billed in advance
- setup fees are due before work begins

Third-Party Costs

The client is responsible for paying third-party costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Advertising Budget
If we support advertising campaigns, the advertising budget is separate from our service fee.
The client is responsible for funding ad spend directly through platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other advertising networks.
We do not guarantee advertising results.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver services properly, the client must provide:
- accurate business information
- website access where needed
- brand assets
- content or approvals
- account access where required
- timely feedback
- legal approval for claims, offers, and regulated content
- approval for published materials where required
Delays in providing information, access, or approvals may delay delivery.
Content and Approval
We may create website copy, blog content, AI assistant responses, landing page content, and marketing materials.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- the client is responsible for reviewing and approving final content
- the client is responsible for ensuring content is accurate, lawful, and suitable for their industry
- regulated industries may require additional compliance review
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Some content, responses, recommendations, or workflows may be created or supported using AI tools.
AI-generated content may require human review.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be error-free, complete, or suitable for every context.
The client is responsible for final approval before publication where approval is required.
AI Assistant Disclaimer
If we provide an AI assistant or chatbot for your website, the assistant is designed to support visitor response, lead capture, qualification, and general communication.
The AI assistant should not be treated as a replacement for professional legal, financial, medical, or regulated advice.
The client is responsible for reviewing assistant behavior, approved knowledge sources, and final use cases.
Website Ownership
Ownership of website design, code, content, and assets depends on the agreement between Capitalino and the client.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- client-provided materials remain owned by the client
- Capitalino may retain ownership of internal tools, reusable frameworks, templates, workflows, and systems
- final deliverables may be transferred to the client after full payment
- unpaid work remains the property of Capitalino
Intellectual Property
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or misuse Capitalino’s website content, branding, design, system descriptions, templates, documents, or materials without written permission.
Portfolio Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Capitalino may reference completed work, client names, logos, website screenshots, and project summaries in its portfolio, proposals, case studies, or marketing materials.
If confidentiality is required, the client must request this in writing before the project begins.
Confidentiality
Both parties may access confidential business information during the project.
Each party agrees to take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and not disclose it to unauthorized parties, except where required to deliver services or comply with law.
Service Changes
We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of our website, service packages, tools, or processes at any time.
For active clients, any material change to agreed scope or pricing will be communicated in writing.
Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation terms depend on the proposal or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- monthly services require written notice before cancellation
- prepaid fees are non-refundable once work has started
- Capitalino may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, abusive behavior, or breach of these Terms
- early cancellation during a minimum commitment period may require payment of remaining fees or setup fees
Refund Policy
Payments for completed work, setup work, strategy work, content creation, AI assistant setup, website work, or monthly services already delivered are generally non-refundable.
Any refund exceptions must be agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capitalino is not liable for:
- loss of profits
- loss of revenue
- loss of business opportunity
- loss of data
- advertising losses
- SEO ranking changes
- third-party platform issues
- indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client to Capitalino for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Third-Party Platforms
Our services may depend on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, analytics tools, AI tools, advertising platforms, CRMs, CMS platforms, search engines, and social media networks.
We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes, data loss, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or services to:
- violate laws
- infringe intellectual property rights
- distribute harmful or misleading content
- send spam
- upload malicious code
- abuse AI systems
- misrepresent your business
- engage in fraudulent activity
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless a different jurisdiction is stated in a written agreement.
